Shipping and Returns

Shipping:

Shipping Methods: We utilize various shipping options to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your order. Within the Netherlands, we ship with PostNL and DHL. For international orders, we use DHL.
Shipping Area: We ship our products within the EU. If you reside outside the EU, please contact us to inquire about the available options.
Shipping Costs: For orders over 200 EUR, we offer free shipping within the Netherlands.
Delivery Times: We strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. If a product is in stock, you can expect to receive your package within 1-3 business days in the Netherlands, and 2-7 days within the rest of the EU. Delivery times are provided as an estimate only and do not account for potential delays due to payment authorization and/or stock availability.
Delivery Confirmation: Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with the tracking information, allowing you to monitor the status of your shipment.

Returns:

Return Policy: We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy, you can return the product within 14 days of receipt. Please always contact us via email first if you wish to return the product. We will then provide you with the return instructions.
Product Condition: The returned product must be in its original condition, including the original packaging and any labels. Please note that we cannot accept returned products if they are damaged due to improper use or negligence.
Refund or Exchange: You have the option to receive a refund for the returned product or exchange it for another item from our range.
Return Shipping Costs: The costs and risks associated with the return shipment are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend sending the package with registered and insured mail.
Refund: Upon receipt in good order, we will refund the order amount within 7 days to the same account from which the payment was made.

In 1995, Brekveld was one of the first contemporary designers to embrace traditional crafts and use them to design new products. This series of tin vases was made by one of the last remaining tin industries in the Netherlands.
